Grace in Action is privileged to team with CrossTrain Ministries which offers life and leadership coaching specifically for WELS pastors and missionaries. CrossTrain also offers marriage coaching for WELS pastors and their wives. The goals of CrossTrain are to help WELS pastors develop healthy spiritual, emotional, rational, and physical habits, along with transparent relationships, that foster resilience. These efforts all take place under the grace of God and in a network of brotherly relationships.
